MM88 is an online sports betting and casino platform operating for players in Malaysia. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all aspects of platform use, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, betting, bonuses, privacy, and user conduct.

• Not registering for or using the platform while you have an active self-exclusion in place.

MM88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your eligibility. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension or closure.

Each individual is only permitted to register one (1) account only at MM88. Registering more than one account under the same individual's name, using aliases, the same IP address, or the same payment method is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, date of birth, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. Providing false information gives MM88 sufficient grounds to terminate your account.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password.
• All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was carried out by you or another person.

• MM88 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.

Using an account for commercial purposes, as an agent, or on behalf of another person is prohibited and may result in legal action.

MM88 accepts deposits via approved local Malaysian payment methods. All deposits must be made through an account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name. MM88 does not accept third-party deposits.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per request.
• Withdrawals are only processed to the same payment method used for the first deposit.

• Standard withdrawal processing times range from 5 to 30 minutes, depending on the selected method.

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by MM88 are subject to specific wagering (rollover) requirements. These requirements form part of the bonus offer and must be fulfilled in full before any withdrawal can be made.

General Bonus Rules:

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once only by every new player.
• The standard rollover for most bonuses is 5x to 10x of the combined deposit and bonus amount, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, converted to cash, or used to settle debts under any circumstances.

• MM88 reserves the right to void or adjust any bet placed at odds that are clearly erroneous due to technical or human error.
• In-play (live) betting is subject to additional rules and odds may change at any time while the match is in progress.
• Official results announced by the relevant sports governing body will be used to determine betting outcomes.
• The Cash Out feature is available for selected matches and the cash out value is calculated automatically based on current odds.

In the event of any dispute regarding betting outcomes, MM88's decision is final after a thorough review has been conducted.

• The use of abusive, threatening, or harassing language toward other members or customer support staff.
• Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt MM88's platform infrastructure or operations.
• Spreading false or misleading information about MM88 on any platform.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other method to conceal your true location or identity.
• Any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law.

MM88 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any term in this document.
• Suspicion or detection of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Registering more than one account.
• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents.
• Pressure from a relevant regulatory authority or court.

If your account is closed due to proven fraudulent activity, any remaining balance may be fully forfeited. If the closure is for reasons other than fraud, your available balance (after deducting any bonuses that have not met the rollover requirements) will be returned to you within 30 business days.

To the extent permitted by law, MM88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Any delays in processing deposits or withdrawals due to external factors such as banking system outages or e-wallet disruptions.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

MM88's maximum liability to you in any case shall not exceed the amount you have deposited in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.
